Package Your Item
Securely pack the items in their original packaging, ensuring all garment tags remain attached and the item is in its original condition.
Send to Our Warehouse
Affix the provided returns label to your package and drop it off at your nearest post office; we recommend obtaining a proof of postage.
Processing Your Refund
Once our team receives and inspects your return, we will process your refund or dispatch your exchange within 7-10 working days.
